Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Silmari (the "Service"), operated by FunnelLabs Inc.. It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service (§8). Silmari is a narrative-driven, non-explicit (SFW) AI entertainment service for persona-based fictional character chat. Using the Service in a way that violates this AUP is a breach of the Terms.

You must not use, or attempt to use, the Service to request, generate, upload, or distribute:

Sexually explicit or pornographic content of any kind (NSFW). Silmari does not permit the generation of sexual, adult, or explicit content.

Any sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. This is strictly prohibited, may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities, and will result in immediate account termination.

Content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or that incites or glorifies violence.

Content that encourages, instructs, or promotes self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating.

Content that facilitates illegal activity, including the sale of illegal goods, weapons, or controlled substances.

Content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights, or that discloses another person's private information without authorization.

Malware, phishing, or other content designed to harm, deceive, or defraud.

You must not:

Use the Service if you are under 18 years old.

Bypass, disable, or attempt to circumvent our safety systems, content filters, or moderation ("jailbreaking"), or induce the AI to produce prohibited content.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or overload the Service, or access it through unauthorized automated means.

Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs except as expressly permitted.

Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We use a combination of automated systems and human review to detect and prevent violations of this AUP. Where a violation is detected we may, at our discretion, filter or remove content, issue a warning, restrict features, or suspend or terminate your account. Serious violations — including any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors — result in immediate termination and, where required by law, reporting to the appropriate authorities.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it to support@funnellabs.app. We review reports and take appropriate action.

We may update this AUP from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email where required.
