Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings, with the same ease as sign-up ("click to cancel"). Your subscription will not renew, and access continues to the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a digital result is generated or access to credits is granted, because digital content and credits are delivered immediately. Credits and virtual items have no cash value and are non-transferable.

EEA/UK consumers may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right; by purchasing and requesting immediate delivery of digital content, you acknowledge you may lose that withdrawal right once delivery begins.

If you were charged in error or believe something went wrong, email support@funnellabs.app within 14 days and we will review it. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record.
